摘　　要：东贵荣教授为全国著名针灸学专家,擅长诊治神经系统、呼吸系统、妇科及相关疑难病,长期从事中风病的临床及机制研究。建立头穴透刺法、阴阳调衡针法、阴阳调衡运动针法等治疗中风病,效果显著。阴阳调衡运动针法是将阴阳调衡针法与生物力学、生物反馈方法结合,形成了中风后“神经-结构-关节-肌肉-肌张力-运动功能”治疗的完整通路。本文主要介绍东贵荣教授的阴阳调衡运动针法,从建立背景、操作方法、取穴、机制及手法特点等方面进行阐述。Professor Dong Guirong is a famous expert of acupuncture and moxibustion in China.He is good at diagnosis and treatment of nervous system,respiratory system,gynecology and related difficult diseases.He has been engaged in the clinical and mechanism of stroke for a long time.He establishes methods of scalp point penetration needling,balance of yin yang regulating needling and balance of yin and yang movement acupuncture to treat apoplexy,with remarkable curative effect.Balance of yin and yang movement acupuncture is a combination of yin yang balance regulating needling with biomechanics and biofeedback,it has formed a complete pathway of“nerve-structure-joint-muscle-muscle tension-motor function”after stroke.This paper introduces Professor Dong Guirong’s balance of yin and yang movement acupuncture,mainly expounds the establishment background,operation method,acupoint selection,mechanism and manipulation characteristics.
