摘　　要：目的探讨信息化管理系统在消毒供应中心器械管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年12月至2020年11月于江苏省徐州市中心医院消毒供应中心回收的1000件医疗器械作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各500件。对照组采用传统管理模式,实验组采用信息化管理系统。比较两组器械情况指标(清洗合格率、损坏率、包装合格率、发放合格率)和管理效果指标(回收分类时间、信息登记时间、出库检查时间)。结果实验组的清洗合格率、包装合格率、发放合格率高于对照组,器械损坏率低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的回收分类时间、信息登记时间和出库检查时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心应用信息化管理系统能有效提高工作质量和工作效率,使消毒供应中心的运转更为专业和规范,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To explore the application effect of informatization management system in device management of central sterile supply department.Methods A total of 1000 medical devices recovered from Central Sterile Supply Department of Xuzhou Central Hospital,Jiangsu Province from December 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 500 devices in each group.The control group adopted the traditional management mode,and the experimental group adopted the informatization management system.The indicators of device condition(qualified rate of cleaning,damage rate,qualified rate of packaging,qualified rate of distribution)and the indicators of management effect(recycling classification time,information registration time,warehouse-out inspection time)were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of cleaning,packaging and distribution in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the damage rate of equipment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recycling classification time,information registration time and warehouse-out inspection time in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the information management system in central sterile supply department can effectively improve the work quality and efficiency,and makes the operation of central sterile supply department more professional and standardized,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
