摘  要:近年来,活塞式压力计的量值传递需求不断增加,而传统的活塞压力计量传方法存在检定过程繁琐,操作经验要求高、测量程序耗时长的缺点。该文主要研究在量程范围在0.1~10 MPa以内,以差压变送器测量准确度等级0.01级及以下活塞式压力计活塞的有效面积,并通过静压试验提出差压变送器的选用标准。该方法减少配平两套活塞系统的烦琐流程和建立流体静力平衡的冗长等待,提升工作效率,降低操作难度,重复性和稳定性达到传统法的水平,具有显著的社会效益和经济价值。The demand for value transfer of piston gauge has increasing in recent years.Traditional method of calibrating piston gauge has many disadvantages such as complicated procedure,experienced operation and time consuming.This article proposed a new method for calibrating piston gauge based on differential pressure transducer chosen by static pressure experiment.This method can replace the traditional method in range of 0.1-10 MPa and accuracy class of 0.01 and below.It also solves the problem of time consuming for building hydrostatic balance in calibration process and set a new path for value transfer of pressure with advantages of promoting significantly the working efficiency,reducing difficult and shorting the calibration time,which has remarkable social benefit and economic value.
