大断面全岩巷道快速掘进及锚网喷联合支护实践

摘　　要：针对曙光煤矿东二采区皮带巷上仓大断面全岩巷道的掘进工作,对综掘工艺进行优化,设计了巷道锚网喷联合支护方案,并按照设计的支护参数及施工要求进行掘进及支护实践。经现场工程实践及矿压观测验证,巷道快速掘进工艺合理,支护方案有效,实现了巷道的快速掘进及可靠支护,技术经济效益显著。In view of the driving work of the large cross-section whole rock roadway on the belt roadway in the east second mining area of Shuguang Coal Mine,the fully mechanized excavation technology is optimized,the roadway anchor net spray combined support scheme is designed,and the excavation and support practice are carried out according to the designed support parameters and construction requirements.Verified by the field engineering practice and mine pressure observation,the rapid excavation technology of the roadway is reasonable,the support scheme is effective,the rapid excavation and reliable support of the roadway are realized,and the technical and economic benefits are remarkable.
