摘 要:针对井下掘进工作面系统人工效率低下、智能化程度低等现状,提出了针对带式输送机、转载机等配套设备的自动化升级改造措施,并在现场进行了工业性试验。试验结果表明:改造后系统能够实现相关设备的远程开停、集中控制和故障报警功能,工作面出煤效率明显提高,达到了减员提效的目的。In view of the low manual efficiency and low intelligence of the underground heading face system,the automatic upgrading measures for the supporting equipment such as belt conveyor and transfer machine are put forward,and the industrial test is carried out in the field.The test results show that after the transformation,the system can realize the functions of remote start and stop,centralized control and fault alarm of related equipment,and the coal extraction efficiency of the working face is obviously improved,which achieves the purpose of reducing staff and improving efficiency.
