浅谈ZT11101/19/35端头液压支架在沿空留巷工艺中的应用

摘　　要：以大隆矿综采工作面运顺施工沿空留巷工艺为背景,针对保护好运顺巷道顶板锚杆、锚索联合支护形式不被端头支架损坏和便于作业人员施工作业,提出更换新型端头液压支架措施,取得了巷道支护损坏率不超过15%的效果,较好地保证了巷道支护。Taking the technology of gob side entry retaining in transportation channel construction of fully mechanized mining face in Dalong Mine as the background,in order to protect the roof bolt and anchor cable combined support form of transportation channel from being damaged by end support and to facilitate the construction of operators,measure to replace a new type of end hydraulic support is put forward.The effect that the damage rate of roadway support is less than 15%is achieved,and the roadway support is well guaranteed.
