摘　　要：在当今的老龄化社会,与老年人相关的骨科疾病发病率越来越高,严重威胁了人类健康。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)属于非编码RNA,在多种疾病的发生和发展中扮演了重要角色。浆细胞瘤转化迁移基因1(PVT1)是其中一种lncRNA,已有研究表明PVT1在骨科疾病中发挥了重要作用,有望成为骨关节炎、类风湿性关节炎和骨肉瘤等骨科疾病的治疗靶点成为诊断、预后以及耐药性的生物标志物。本文就国内外PVT1在骨科疾病中的研究进展进行综述,以期为骨科的基础研究以及临床实践提供理论依据。In today’s aging society,the incidence rate of orthopedic diseases related to the elderly is increasing,which seriously threatens human health.Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)belongs to non-coding RNA,which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of many diseases.Plasmacytoma variant translocation gene 1(PVT1)is one of the lncRNAs,which plays an important role in orthopedic diseases.It is expected to become a therapeutic target for osteopathic diseases such as osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis and asteosarcoma,as well as a biomarker for diagnosis,prognosis,and drug resistance.This article reviews the research progress of PVT1 in orthopedic diseases at home and abroad,so as to provide theoretical basis for basic research and clinical practice of orthopedics.
