摘  要:在柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeria tenella,E.tenella)感染原代鸡胚盲肠上皮细胞模型的基础上,通过细胞形态学观测、透射电镜观察,免疫组化染色、MTT法、乳酸脱氢酶活性检测以确定E.tenella胞内生殖前期是否会损伤宿主细胞。结果显示,E.tenella胞内生殖前期对宿主细胞的形态并无明显影响,但可损伤胞内细胞器,可使细胞骨架发生重排;对细胞活性无明显影响且细胞膜无明显损伤。结果表明,E.tenella胞内生殖前期对宿主细胞有一定的损伤,但并不影响细胞活性,该结果为深入探究E.tenella致机体损伤机制提供研究基础。Eimeria tenella(E.tenella)is a typical intracellular parasitic protozoan,which can seriously damage the cecum.In order to explore whether E.tenella could damage the host cells during the prophase of intracellular reproduction,the primary chicken embryo cecal epithelial cells model of E.tenella infection was used.Cell morphology observation,transmission electron microscope observation,immunohistochemical staining,MTT,lactic dehydrogenase activity detection were performed to determine whether E.tenella would damage the host cells during the prophase of intracellular reproduction.The results showed that E.tenella in the prophase of intracellular reproduction had no significant effect on the morphology of host cells,but it could damage the organelles and rearrange the cytoskeleton.It had no significant effect on cell viability and cell membranes.These results suggest that E.tenella has a certain degree of damage to host cells during the prophase of intracellular reproduction.This study provides a research basis for exploring the pathogenic mechanism of E.tenella.
