负载型MnO_(2)-AC催化剂的制备及其对杀螟丹农药模拟废水的处理

摘  要:通过“浸渍-共沉淀-煅烧”工艺制备催化剂MnO_(2)-AC,以负载型催化剂联合微波催化氧化工艺处理杀螟丹农药模拟废水。结果表明,在微波/H_(2)O_(2)/催化剂的反应体系中,杀螟丹农药模拟废水中COD的质量浓度约为800 mg/L,MnO_(2)-AC催化剂投加量为9 g/L,H_(2)O_(2)投加量为0.3 mL,模拟废水pH值为6,微波功率为700 W,反应时间为5 min,COD去除率达到87.5%。催化剂重复使用7次后,COD去除率依然保持在60%左右,催化剂可重复利用性好。TEM和SEM结果表明,过渡金属锰氧化物以颗粒形式负载在催化剂载体表面;XRD结果表明,在催化剂载体表面,活性组分主要以MnO_(2)形式存在。The catalyst MnO_(2)-AC was prepared by impregnation-coprecipitation-calcination,and the simulated cartap pesticide wastewater was treated by the process of supported catalyst combined with microwave catalytic oxidation.The results showed that,in the microwave/H_(2)O_(2)/catalyst reaction system,when the mass concentration of COD in the simulated wastewater was 800 mg/L,the dosage of MnO_(2)-AC and H_(2)O_(2)were 9 g/L and 0.3 mL respectively,the pH value was 6,the microwave power was 700 W,the reaction time was 5 min,the removal rate of COD reached 87.5%.The reuse rate of the catalyst maintained at about 60%after being reused for 7 times,which showed good reusability.TEM and SEM results showed that,the transition metal manganese oxides were supported on the surface of the catalyst carrier in the form of particles,and the XRD results showed that the active components were mainly in the form of MnO_(2)on the surface of the catalyst carrier.
