摘 要:采用膨胀床生物滤池(EBF)深度处理东莞市某净化厂尾水的氨氮,中试试验结果表明,在滤速为8.5 m/h,空床停留时间(EBRT)为14 min,气水体积比为1.5∶1~1.8∶1的条件下,EBF进水氨氮的质量浓度为1.13~10.40 mg/L,出水氨氮的质量浓度为0.03~1.50 mg/L,平均去除率为91.4%,进水COD的质量浓度为14~41 mg/L,出水COD的质量浓度为12~41 mg/L,平均去除率为13.3%,进水SS的质量浓度为5~53 mg/L,出水SS的质量浓度为4~18 mg/L,平均去除率为31.6%,出水氨氮浓度达到GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅳ类标准,过滤水头损失为0.2~1.0 kPa,过滤周期为7~20 d。EBF在高滤速条件下能实现对氨氮的高效去除,且水头损失小,冲洗周期长,适用于用地紧张的污水厂尾水的氨氮提标改造。Expanded bed biological filter(EBF)was used for advanced treatment of ammonia nitrogen in tail water of a purification plant in Dongguan City.The pilot-scale test results showed that,under the condition that the filtration rate was 8.5 m/h,the empty bed retention time(EBRT)was 14 min,the gas-water volume ratio was 1.5∶1-1.8∶1,the mass concentrations of ammonia nitrogen,CODCr and SS in influent water of EBF were 1.13-10.40,14-41 and 5-53 mg/L respectively,the indexes of those pollutants in effluent water were 0.03-1.50,12-41,and 4-18 mg/L respectively,the removal rates were 91.4%,13.3%and 31.6%respectively.The ammonia nitrogen concentration in effluent water reached the classⅣstandard of GB 3838—2002 Environmental quality standard for surface water,the filtration head loss was 0.2-1.0 kpa,the filtration period was about 7-20 days.EBF can remove ammonia nitrogen efficiently under the condition of high filtration rate with small head loss and long flushing cycle,which is suitable for upgrading and reconstruction project of ammonia nitrogen treatment in tail water of wastewater treatment plant with tight land use.
