摘 要:某生物医药园区制药废水具有成分复杂,有机物浓度高,含磷量高,难生物降解等特点,设计采用混凝沉淀-AAO-MBR-臭氧接触氧化-高效气浮-活性炭吸附-接触消毒的组合工艺进行处理,介绍了深度处理站的设计创新点、主要工艺参数、投资及运行成本等。为应对来水水质变化,工艺设计了多级超越段,并完全实现了自控;另外,创新性地应用了高温蒸汽法活性炭原位吸附及脱附再生技术,取得了良好效果。出水水质稳定达到GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》准Ⅲ类标准,且尾水全部回用,实现了零排放要求。As the pharmaceutical wastewater of a bio-medical park has characterstics of complex composition,high concentration of organic matters,high phosphorus content,hard-biodegradable,and so on,a combined process of coagulation sedimentation-AAO-MBR-ozone contact oxidation-high efficiency air floatation-activated carbon adsorption-contact disinfection was adopted in the design for its treatment.The innovation points of the design for the said advanced treatment station as well as the main process parameters,investment and operation cost were introduced.In response to the changes of incoming water quality,the multi-stage surpassing section was designed,and fully realized automatic control.In addition,activated carbon in situ adsorption and desorption regeneration technology at high temperature steam condition was applied innovatively,which obtained good results.The effluent waer quality was stably met the quasiⅢstandard of GB 3838—2002 Environmental quality standard for surface water.All the tail water could be reused,and the requirement of zero emission was realized.
