摘　　要：为避免在建设、运营过程中对周边环境的负面影响,某城镇污水处理厂采用半地下式设计,采用格栅及提升泵站-沉砂池-A^(2)O生化池-矩形二沉池-高效沉淀池-纤维转盘滤池-次氯酸钠消毒的组合工艺。介绍了该工程的处理流程、主要设计参数、投资及运行成本,并总结了工程设计亮点。实际运行结果表明,出水水质可稳定达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准。In order to avoid the negative impact on the surrounding environment in the process of constrction and operation,semi-underground structure and a combined process of grid and lifting pump station-grit tank-A^(2)O biochemical pool-rectangular secondary sedimentation tank-high efficiency sedimentation tank-fiber rotary filter-sodium hypochlorite disinfection were adopted in the design of a municipal sewage treatment plant.The treatment flow,main design parameters,investment and operation cost of the said project were introduced with the design highlights summarized at the same time.The actual operation results showed that,the effluent water quality could stably meet the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.
