摘 要:以城市污泥和废弃泡沫塑料为原料,氯化锌为活化剂,通过化学活化法制备污泥活性炭。通过单因素试验考察了物料比、ZnCl_(2)浓度、炭化温度、炭化时间对污泥活性炭吸附性能的影响。通过正交试验进一步优化制备条件,并确定最佳条件为:炭化温度为550℃、炭化时间为60 min、ZnCl_(2)质量分数为40%、物料比为1∶1,其活性炭碘吸附值为751.43 mg/g,比表面积为671.63 m^(2)/g,总孔容为0.4943 cm^(3)/g,平均孔径为2.94 nm。该方法既可利用城市污泥和废弃泡沫塑料,又能将废物转化为多孔吸附材料。With municipal sludge and waste foam plastics as raw materials,zinc chloride as activator,sludge activated carbon was prepared by chemical activation method.The effects of material ratio,concentration of ZnCl_(2),carbonization temperature and carbonization time on the adsorption performance of sludge activated carbon were investigated by single factor experiment.The preparation condition was further optimized by orthogonal experiment,and the optimal condition was determined as follows:the carbonization temperature was 550℃,the carbonization time was 60 min,the mass fraction of ZnCl_(2)was 40%,the material ratio was 1∶1.Under the above condition,the iodine adsorption value was 751.43 mg/g,the specific surface area was 671.63 m^(2)/g,the total pore volume was 0.4943 cm^(3)/g,and the average pore size was 2.94 nm.The said method could not only utilize municipal sludge and waste foam,but also convert waste into porous adsorbent materials.
