摘 要:以水杨醛、1,6-己二胺和邻苯二胺为原料,通过醛基与氨基的缩合反应合成了水杨醛席夫碱荧光化合物——水杨醛缩己二胺席夫碱(SSB1)和水杨醛缩邻苯二胺席夫碱(SSB2),并将化合物SSB2制成不同质量分数荧光染料的印花浆对棉织物进行印花处理。对所得化合物进行了表面形貌、化学结构、色谱及热稳定性表征,测试了SSB2荧光印花棉织物的荧光性、颜色、色牢度。结果表明,SSB1、SSB2的产率分别为88.8%和86.0%,相对最大荧光强度分别为8305 a.u.和5444 a.u.,相转变温度分别为75和165℃;所得SSB2荧光印花棉织物耐皂洗牢度最高可达4级,SSB2荧光染料质量分数为10%时,达到最佳的颜色深度和荧光强度。Salicylaldehyde hexanediamine Schiff base(SSB1) and salicylaldehyde o-phenylenediamine Schiff base(SSB2) were synthesized from salicylaldehyde, 1,6-hexanediamine and o-phenylenediamine by condensation reaction of aldehyde group and amino group. Printing pastes with different mass fractions of SSB2 were prepared to print cotton fabrics. The surface morphology, chemical structure, chromatography and thermal stability of the obtained compounds were characterized. The fluorescent properties, color properties and color fastness of the fluorescent printed cotton fabrics were investigated. The results showed that the yields of SSB1 and SSB2 were 88.8% and 86.0%, the relative maximum fluorescence intensities were 8305 a.u. and 5444 a.u., and the phase transition temperatures were 75 and 165 ℃, respectively. The soaping fastness of the obtained SSB2 printed fluorescent cotton fabric could reach up to grade 4. When the mass fraction of SSB2 was 10%, the printed cotton fabric had the best color depth and fluorescence intensity.
