摘 要:为了校核平海子水库扩建工程中初步设计方案的合理性,保证溢洪道能够安全稳定地下泄水库流量,依据正态模型和重力相似准则建立溢洪道水工模型,开展了对设计方案中不同洪水频率下的溢洪道复核验证。结果表明:原双消力池设计方案容易导致水流恶化,建议取消上游消力池、增加下游消力池规模。溢洪道优化后的敞泄和控泄运行能力皆能满足要求;最大洪水频率下的水面线不超过9.42 m,消力池前段最大临底流速约为15.0 m/s,沿程最小空化数大于0.3,可不设掺气设施;讨论了驼峰堰和宽顶堰的溢流能力,推算了设置驼峰堰时闸门的全开度水位流量关系曲线,可用于指导实际工程调度,建议加强对闸门的精细化控制。研究结果可为同类型的溢洪道建设提供参考。Aiming at verifying the rationality of the preliminary design scheme in the expansion project of Pinghaizi Reservoir and ensuring the safe and stable discharge of the spillway,the hydraulic model of the spillway was established based on the normal model and the gravity similarity criterion.The verification of the spillway at different flood frequency conditions in the design scheme was conducted.The results show that the original design scheme with double stilling basins is easy to cause the deterioration of water flow.Thus the suggestions which cancel the upstream stilling basin and increase the scales of downstream stilling basin are proposed.After optimizing the spillway,the full-open and controlled discharge operation capacities of spillway can meet the standards.At the maximum flood frequency,the water-surface is not more than 9.42 m,the maximum bottom velocity of the front section of the stilling basin is about 15.0 m/s,and the minimum cavitation number along the path is greater than 0.3,thus no setting the aeration facilities.The overflow capacity of hump weir and broad-crested weir is discussed.With the hump weir,the relationships for the full opening of gate between the water level and the discharge are calculated,which can be used to guide the actual project scheduling.It is recommended to strengthen the fine controls of the gate.The research results can provide a reference for the construction of the identical type of spillway.
