山西万家寨引黄工程泵站电动机组定子绕组电晕腐蚀成因及处理方法研究

摘　　要：山西省万家寨引黄入晋工程已累计运行17年,南干二级泵站6号机组电动机转子吊出后,检查定子时发现定子绕组绝缘层存在颜色变白现象。为确保机组的安全稳定运行,探索定子绕组电晕腐蚀成因及现场处理方法,为一期其它14台机组提供可借鉴处理方案,以降低生产运行成本,提高电动机可靠性,将对日方电动机设计、制造、安装工艺进行分析,提出国产化替代的意见。The Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project in Shanxi Province has been in operation for 17 years.After the motor rotor of Unit 6 of Nangan Secondary Pumping Station was hoisted out,it was found that the stator winding insulation layer turned white when the stator was inspected.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of units,the causes of corona corrosion of stator windings and on-site treatment methods are explored,and reference treatment schemes for other 14 units in Phase I are provided,so as to reduce production and operation costs and improve motor reliability,the Japanese motor design,manufacturing and installation process will be analyzed,and suggestions for localization and substitution will be put forward.
