摘  要:杭州萧山机场是浙江省第一空中门户,其三期工程为浙江省重点工程,是2022年亚运会重要基础配套工作,具有工期紧凑、工况复杂、不停航施工要求高等特点。本文以此为背景,分析其工程施工组织管理特点,介绍应对策略及目前管理实施效果,包括分期策划部署的平面布置安排、施工工区划分、不停航施工交通组织等施工组织管理的核心内容。管理实践成果显著,解决了大型综合工程施工组织难题,保障了不停航施工条件下的车辆通行顺畅,确保了工期顺利履约,可为相关类似工程提供借鉴。Hangzhou Xiaoshan airport is the first air gateway in Zhejiang.Its phaseⅢproject is a key project in Zhejiang and an important basic supporting work for 2022 Asian Games.It has the characteristics of compact construction period,complex working conditions and high requirements for non-stop construction.Under this background,this paper analyzes the characteristics of its engineering construction organization and management,introduces the coping strategies and the current management implementation effect,including the core contents of construction organization and management,such as the plane layout arrangement of phased planning and deployment,the division of construction work area,and the traffic organization of non-stop construction.The management practice has achieved remarkable results,solved the construction organization problems of large-scale comprehensive projects,and guaranteed the smooth traffic of vehicles under the condition of non-stop construction,and ensured the smooth implementation of the construction period,which can provide a reference for related similar projects.
