湘北农村住宅建筑现状与发展对策

摘　　要：改善农村人居环境,建设美丽宜居乡村,是实施乡村振兴战略的一项重要任务,提升农村住宅建设的质量是乡村振兴的必经之路。目前,农村居民对居住环境有了更高的需求,传统的农村住宅已无法满足人们的需求。本文以此为研究背景,以走访调查和文献研究的方式,分析湘北农村住宅的选址规划、住宅建筑形式、农村住宅现状。湘北农村地区住宅按照建房时间可划分为三个时期,本文对这三个时期的住宅从平面布局、立面形式、室内装修三个方面进行了测绘调研。通过调研现状总结农村住宅现存问题,以问题为导向,提出新农村建设建议,以期为新时期湘北地区农村住宅建设提供一些建造思路。Improving the rural living environment and building beautiful and livable villages is an important task in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Improving the quality of rural housing construction is the essential way for rural revitalization.At present,rural residents have a higher demand for the living environment,and traditional rural houses cannot meet people’s needs.This paper uses this as the research background to analyze the location planning,residential construction forms,and the status quo of rural housing in the rural housing in northern Hunan by means of interviews and literature research.Residential buildings in rural areas in northern Hunan can be divided into three periods according to the time of building.This paper surveys and investigates the three periods of residential houses from three aspects:plane layout,facade form,and interior decoration.By investigating the status quo,it summarizes the existing problems of rural housing,and puts forward new rural construction suggestions based on the problems,in order to provide some construction ideas for rural housing construction in northern Hunan in the new period.
