摘  要:在我国全民关注居住环境的舒适和品质,建设更加安全健康的城市和人居环境的背景下,本文通过前期资料收集及实地调研,对西安地区住区进行实地调研与分析,总结分析出既有住区存在的问题并提出相应的优化思路。以《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T 50378—2019)提出的建筑绿色性能为目标,通过BIM技术与绿色建筑设计相互融合的方法,进行绿色性能模拟。梳理出基于适宜性生态设计的绿色住区规划设计策略,以西安市西咸新区某住区为例进行绿色住区设计实践,确定适宜性绿色住区设计策略,为西安地区乃至全国的绿色住宅设计理论进行补充和完善,为今后同类项目提供理论参考。Under the background that Chinese people pay attention to the comfort and quality of the living environment and build a safer and healthier city and living environment,this paper conducts field investigation and analysis on the residential areas in Xi’an through preliminary data collection and field investigation,summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the existing residential areas and puts forward the corresponding optimization ideas.Aiming at the green performance of buildings proposed in Green Building Evaluation Standard(GB/T 50378—2019),the simulation of green performance is carried out through the method of the integration of BIM technology and green building design.The paper sorts out the green residential area planning and design strategies based on the suitability of ecological design,and carries out the design practice of green residential are planning by taking a residential area in Xixian New District of Xi’an as an example,and determines the suitable green residential area design strategies,which supplements and improves the green residential design theories in Xi’an area or even the country,and provides a theoretical preference for the similar projects in the future.
