摘 要:自20世纪上半叶以来,对上海近代居住建筑类型的研究层出不穷,尤其是在里弄建筑的研究中,相继出现了从风格、原型和空间要素角度出发的三种分类方法。但是,这些分类方法大都建立在对两租界所在区域的调查和概括上,对经历了不充分近代城市化过程的上海老城厢缺乏有力的解释。本文聚焦于明清时期上海县城所在的老城厢地区,尝试从建筑利用方式的角度,辨析出老城厢常见的公馆建筑、出租里弄和沿街市房三种居住建筑类型,进一步阐释它们的特征,并分析形成的原因。There have been numerous studies on the types of modern residential buildings in Shanghai,especially the study on Lilong buildings,since the first half of the 20th century.Three classifications have emerged one after another from the perspectives of style,archetype and spatial elements.However,most of these classifications are based on the survey of the areas where the two foreign settlements were located,and they lack a strong explanation for Shanghai old town,which have undergone an insufficient modern urbanization process.Focusing on the old town area where the county town of Shanghai was located in the Ming and Qing dynasties,this paper attempts to identify three types of residential buildings commonly found in the old town,namely,Chinese mansions,rental Lilong and market houses,further elaborates their characteristics,and analyzes the reasons for their formation from the perspective of building utilization.
