老年人行为心理与社区公共空间私密性关系研究——以上海市民心小区为例

摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化程度加深,老年人的社区活动空间需求越来越需要重视。本文基于观察和问卷采访的方式,研究老年人行为类型和空间私密性的关系,结合实地调研分析民心小区的公共活动空间,探究老年人的安全感、归属感、舒适感心理,以及其所需要的空间私密度,提出设计策略,为老年人提供安心、舒适的交流沟通场所,给予老年人合适的私密度,从而达到心灵上的呵护关怀,尝试增加老年人在未来生活中的幸福感。With the acceleration of population aging process in China,the community of the elderly needs more and more attention.Based on the observation and questionnaire interview,the paper studies the relationship between the elderly behavior types and space privacy.Combined with field investigation,the paper analyzes the public activity space in Minxin community,explores the sense of security,the sense of belonging,comfort,and the required space privacy of the elderly,and puts forward the design strategies,with a view to provide the elderly with a relaxing and comfortable place for communication in proper privacy,to care the elderly in psychology and to increase the happiness of the elderly in the future.
