摘　　要：目的探讨可调钠超滤曲线联合低温治疗对血液透析患者血压、超滤量及疲乏状态的影响。方法选取郾城区人民医院透析室2019年6月至2020年9月期间收治的103例维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为两组,对照组51例行用常规血液透析,观察组52例采用可调钠超滤曲线联合低温治疗进行血液透析,观察并比较两组患者的血压、超滤量和疲乏状态。结果透析后观察组患者血压波动范围较对照组小(P<0.05),透析超滤量改善幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。透析后两组患者认知、行为、情感疲乏评分均较透析前改善,且观察组患者改善幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论可调钠超滤曲线联合低温治疗通过降低血液透析患者有效循环血量和提高血浆晶体渗透压有效维持患者血压稳定,改善患者超滤量和疲乏状态,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effects of adjustable sodium ultrafiltration curve combined with hypothermia on blood pressure,ultrafiltration volume and fatigue of hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 103 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis from June 2019 to September 2020 in Hemodialysis Department of People’s Hospital of Yancheng were enrolled in this study and divided into two groups by using the random number table method.Fifty-one patients in the control group received conventional hemodialysis,and another 52 patients in the observation group received adjustable sodium ultrafiltration curve combined with hypothermia therapy for hemodialysis.The blood pressure,ultrafiltration volume and fatigue status of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results After hemodialysis,the blood pressure in the observation group fluctuated less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement amplitude of dialysis ultrafiltration was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).After hemodialysis,scores of cognitive,behavioral and emotional fatigue in the two groups were improved when compared with baseline,and the improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Adjustable sodium ultrafiltration curve combined with hypothermia therapy has a definitely therapeutic effect on hemodialysis patients.By reducing effective circulating blood volume and increasing plasma crystal osmotic pressure,it can effectively maintain the stability of patients’blood pressure and improve patients’ultrafiltration volume and fatigue,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
