摘　　要：目的探究喜炎平注射液在小儿肺炎治疗中的疗效及对恢复时间的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2020年9月本院收治的200例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,根据入院顺序分为两组,各100例。参照组接受常规西药治疗,实验组接受喜炎平注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间。结果实验组治疗总有效率为98.00%(98/100),高于参照组的85.00%(85/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组临床症状改善时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液治疗小儿肺炎效果显著,可明显改善患儿临床症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of Xiyanping injection in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia and its effect on the recovery time.Methods 200 children with pneumonia treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to the admission order, with 100 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with Xiyanping injection. The clinical efficacy and improvement time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was 98.00%(98/100), which was higher than85.00%(85/100) of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xiyanping injection has significant therapeutic effect on pediatric pneumonia, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with pneumonia. It is worthy of clinical application.
