摘　　要：输卵管阻塞已经成为当下导致女性不孕的重要病因,其特点为治愈时间长、治愈困难、术后易复发等,且其发病率具有逐年上升趋势,是亟需解决之医学难题。本文主要针对输卵管阻塞性不孕症,综述其在中医治疗、西医治疗、中西医联合治疗的研究进展,为临床诊疗提供参考。Nowday, tubal obstructive infertility is important cause of female infertility, the characteristic of it is long time to cure, difficult to cure, easy to relapse after operation, etc. Moreover, its incidence rate is increasing year by year, which is a medical problem that needs to be solved urgently. This article mainly focuses on tubal obstructive infertility, To review its research progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment, Western medicine treatment, and combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine, provide reference for its clinical diagnosis and treatment.
