摘  要:为了缓解稀土冶炼过程中存在的环境污染问题,进行了低钙高品位稀土精矿浮选试验研究。以水玻璃为抑制剂、黄药为硫化矿捕收剂、羟肟酸LF⁃8为稀土捕收剂、2#油为起泡剂,采用反浮选脱硫、一粗三精一扫正浮选稀土的闭路试验流程,获得了REO含量65.86%、回收率90.57%、CaO含量3.40%的高品位稀土精矿。该工艺可为绿色稀土冶炼工艺提供合格原料。In order to alleviate the environment pollution problems existed in rare earth smelting process,a flotation test was performed for a high⁃grade rare earth concentrate with low calcium content.With sodium silicate as depressant,xanthate as sulfide ore collector,LF⁃8 as rare earth collector and 2#oil as foaming agent,a combined closed⁃circuit flowsheet of a reverse flotation for desulfurization followed by a direct flotation of rare earth consisting of one stage of roughing,three stages of cleaning and one stage of scavenging was adopted in the test,resulting in the high⁃grade rare earth concentrate with REO content of 65.86%at 90.57%recovery,and CaO content of 3.40%.The process can provide qualified raw materials for green rare earth smelting process.
