摘 要:通过小型浮选试验、Zeta电位测试、吸附试验、红外光谱分析和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)研究了Al^(3+)对油酸钠浮选长石和绿帘石矿物的影响。浮选试验结果表明,以油酸钠为捕收剂时,长石和绿帘石在纯水中的可浮性很差,加入Al^(3+)后,矿物可浮性明显增强;Zeta电位测试和XPS研究结果表明,Al^(3+)在矿物表面发生了静电吸附,油酸钠通过化学吸附作用在Al^(3+)吸附后的矿物表面;吸附试验以及XPS研究结果表明,Al^(3+)以Al(OH)_(3)形式吸附在矿物表面并改变其表面环境使得油酸钠可以通过Al(OH)3有效地吸附到矿物表面,活化了长石和绿帘石。1The effects of Al^(3+) on the flotation of feldspar and epidote with sodium oleate(NaOL)was studied by micro⁃flotation test,Zeta potential test,adsorption test,and analyzed by using infrared spectroscopy and X⁃ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The flotation test shows that the floatability of feldspar and epidote in pure water is very poor by using sodium oleate as a collector,but the addition of Al^(3+) can significantly enhance the floatability of the minerals.Zeta potential test and XPS analysis show that Al^(3+) is electrostatically adsorbed on the surface of minerals.And sodium oleate is chemically adsorbed on the surface of the minerals after Al^(3+)is adsorbed.The adsorption test and XPS analysis confirm that Al^(3+)is adsorbed on the surface of minerals in the form of Al(OH)_(3)and the surface environment is changed,so that NaOL can be effectively adsorbed to the surface of the minerals through Al(OH)_(3).By this way,the flotation of feldspar and epidote can be actualized.
