摘 要:为推进白云鄂博矿床中铌资源的综合利用,选择白云鄂博矿床综合利用过程中选铌原矿及精矿作为研究对象,引入TIMA测试技术探讨其工艺矿物学特征。结果表明,选铌原矿与精矿中含矿物60余种,其中铌矿物主要为易解石、铌铁金红石、烧绿石、铌铁矿、铌钇矿、包头矿、铌钙矿等7种;各铌矿物在原矿和精矿中粒级分布基本接近,绝大部分分布在-25μm粒度范围内;具有回收利用价值的铌矿物为易解石、铌铁金红石、铌铁矿、烧绿石等4种。In order to promote comprehensive utilization of niobium resources in Bayan Obo deposit,the niobium ore and concentrate were selected in this study.Tescan integrated mineral analysis(TIMA)technology was introduced to explore the process mineralogy features of niobium minerals.It is shown that there are more than 60 kinds of different minerals in niobium ore and concentrate,among which the predominant niobium minerals mainly include aeschynite,ilmenorutile,pyrochlore,columbite,samarskite,baotite and fersmite.The particle size distribution of those niobium minerals in raw ore is basically similar in the concentrate,mostly being less than 25μm in grain size.It is finally found that only four niobium minerals,including aeschynite,ilmenorutile,columbite and pyrochlore,are of exploration and utilization value.
