摘 要:对湖南某WO_(3)品位0.43%、CaO含量23.83%的高钙难选白钨矿选矿厂投产后回收率低的情况进行了现场调查,全面掌握了生产状况和影响技术指标的因素。并对该高钙钨矿进行了药剂制度开发,采用新型抑制剂FS和新型捕收剂CY⁃88#,取得了产率5.27%、S品位21.87%、回收率90.17%的硫产品(银含量244 g/t、回收率69.20%)和产率0.51%、WO_(3)品位65.56%、WO_(3)回收率77.98%的钨精矿。A scheelite ore from Hunan Province,with WO3 grade of 0.43%and CaO content of 23.83%,is a typical refractory ore.The WO3 recovery has remained quite low since the concentrator was put into operation.After an on⁃site investigation of the factors affecting the technical indexes,a reagent regime was developed for this high⁃calcium scheelite ore.With a new type of depressant FS and collector CY⁃88#,a sulfur product grading 21.87%S at 90.17%S recovery can be obtained at S yield of 5.27%,with Ag content of 244 g/t and Ag recovery of 69.20%.Meanwhile,a scheelite concentrate grading 65.56%WO_(3) at 77.98%recovery can be obtained at a yield of 0.51%.
