大西沟菱褐铁矿表面磁化焙烧⁃强磁选新工艺研究

摘  要:对大西沟铁矿进行了表面磁化焙烧⁃强磁选预富集新工艺探索。结果表明,采用表面磁化焙烧⁃强磁选预富集技术,在尾矿铁损失率仅10.30%的情况下,可以将菱褐铁矿品位从23.93%提高至33.89%,抛出产率36.68%、品位仅6.72%的尾矿。表面磁化焙烧⁃强磁选一粗两精流程可获得强磁精矿品位42.15%、回收率69.39%,总尾矿品位仅11.44%。研究成果可为菱褐铁矿合理经济利用提供新的方案。A new pre⁃enrichment process of surface magnetic roasting followed by high intensity magnetic separation(HIMS)was proposed for Daxigou Iron Mine.It shows that the pre⁃enrichment of siderite and limonite ores can increase the grade of tailings from 23.93%to 33.89%,with the iron loss rate of tailings just around 10.30%,and lead to the discarded tailings grading only 6.72%Fe with the yield of 36.68%.By adopting a flowsheet of surface magnetization roasting and a HIMS process with one stage of roughing and two stages of cleaning,the grade of magnetic separation concentrate can be increased to 42.15%at a recovery of 69.39%,while the total tailings grade is only 11.44%.This study provides a possible scheme for facile and economic utilization of siderite and limonite ores.
