摘 要:为解决无底柱分段崩落法矿石回收率低的问题,以中厚倾斜矿体为研究对象,针对矿岩散体中废石的混入特征,提出了改流体放矿技术。设计了6种改流体放矿方案,通过自制室内相似模拟试验装置,开展了改流体放矿实验,得到了效果较好的改流体放矿方式。为进一步验证该技术效果,在矿体倾角45°~55°及分段高度10~14 m条件下,与常规截止品位放矿实验进行了对比。结果表明,改流体放矿技术能有效阻止废石流动,矿石回收率提高20%左右。研究成果为中厚倾斜矿体的高效开采提供了新的思路。In order to solve the problem of low ore recovery in sublevel caving without sill pillar,medium⁃thick inclined ore body was taken for research.An inserts drawing technique is put forward according to the mixing characteristics of waste rock in the researched ore body.6 kinds of ore drawing schemes were designed,and experiments with such inserts drawing technique were carried out by self⁃made laboratory simulative test device,and a better insert drawing mode was obtained.In order to further verify the effect of this technique,a comparison with the conventional cut⁃off grade ore drawing test was carried out for the ore body with dip angle of 45°~55°and sublevel height of 10~14 m.The results show that the inserts drawing technique can effectively prevent the flow of waste rock and increase the ore recovery rate by about 20%.This research provides a new idea for efficient mining of medium⁃thick inclined ore body.
