高拱坝导流底孔闸门轨道一次成型设备应用

摘　　要：白鹤滩水电站120m深导流底孔闸门轨道安装采用一次成型设备施工,解决了闸门轨道先施工闸门井、安装闸门轨道、再浇筑二期混凝土施工方案工序多、工期长、质量安全风险高等问题。成型设备由可提升整体钢桁架、固定模板、加固闸门轨道组成,可实现闸门轨道安装与大坝混凝土浇筑同步进行、一次成型,减少了二期混凝土施工,保证了闸门轨道安装及门槽混凝土浇筑质量,缩短了施工工期,节省了施工成本,可供类似工程借鉴。Primary forming equipment is adopted for construction during the installation of 120m deep diversion bottom hole gate track in Baihetan Hydropower Station.The following problems are solved:the gate well should be firstly construction before gate track,the gate trackshould be installed,then the concrete of the second phase should be poured,wherein the construction plan is characterized by many procedures,long construction period,high quality safety risks,etc.The forming equipment is composed of overall steel truss which can be lifted,fixed template and reinforced gate rail.It can realize simultaneous gate rail installation and dam concrete pouring.The equipment is molded in one time,thereby reducing concrete construction in the second phase,ensuring the quality of gate track installation and door slot concrete pouring,shortening the construction period,and saving construction cost.The paper can be used for reference in the similar projects.
