摘　　要：本文从管理体制机制、信息化建设、规章制度和技术标准体系等方面,介绍了上海市防洪除涝工程管理的现状;从工程管理现代化、智能化和法治化等方面,分析了其存在的主要问题,并提出了完善管理体系、加强基础设施与能力建设、优化工程运维与调度等对策措施,为进一步提高上海防洪除涝工程管理精细化水平提供借鉴。The current situation of flood control and waterlogging removal project management in Shanghai are introduced in the paper from the aspects of management system and mechanism,information construction,rules and regulations,technical standard system,etc.Main problems are analyzed from the aspects of project management modernization,intelligentization,legalization,etc.Countermeasures of perfecting management system,strengthening infrastructure and capacity construction,optimizing project operation maintenance and dispatching are put forward,which can provide reference for further improving the refined level of flood control and waterlogging removal project management in Shanghai.
