摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训作为医学教育的重要组成部分,是目前临床医生个人成长中必经的重要环节。医学生通过进入相关专业的培训基地进行规范化、标准化培训,从而具备合格临床医生所需要的理论知识、操作技能及职业素养,是目前医学人才发展的特殊规律和趋势所在。该文通过对南京鼓楼医院神经内科近年来基于里程碑的住院医师规范化培训实践工作进行介绍、总结和评价,旨在培养神经内科住院医师的综合素质和竞争水平,进一步探索并持续改进,从而为高速发展的现代医疗卫生事业培养高素质的专业卫生人才。As an important part of medical education,standardized training of resident physicians is an essential part of the personal growth of clinicians.Medical students undergo standardized and standardized training by entering relevant professional training bases,thus having the theoretical knowledge,operational skills and professionalism required by qualified clinicians is the special law and trend of the current medical talent development.This artical introduces,summarizes and evaluates the milestone-based standardized training practice of resident physicians in the Department of Neurology of Nanjing Gulou Hospital in recent years,with the aim of cultivating the comprehensive quality and competitive level of neurology resident physicians,further exploring and continuous improvement.So as to train high-quality professional health talents for the fast-developing modern medical and health industry.
