QCC活动下焦点循环管理法在门诊药房药事服务质量改进中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动下焦点循环管理法在门诊药房药事服务质量改进中的应用。方法将该院门诊药房2019年1—6月未实施QCC活动下焦点循环管理法为作实施前,将2019年7月—2020年1月实施QCC活动下焦点循环管理法作为实施后,比较实施前后药房管理质量、门诊处方不合理率及药品库存量、缺药次数。结果实施后药房环境管理、工作舒适度、药物归纳分类、药物保存方式评分分别为(18.78±2.11)分、(18.87±2.32)分、(19.14±2.33)分、(19.41±2.09)分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(t=7.931、4.572、6.419、7.107,P<0.05);实施后不合格率2.46%明显低于实施前4.91%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.669,P<0.05);实施后药品库存量(6.12±1.39)d、缺药次数(9.32±1.31)次均少于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论QCC活动下焦点循环管理法可提高药房管理质量,降低门诊处方不合理率,可在药房管理中推广应用。Objective To explore the application of the focus cycle management method in the improvement of the quality of pharmacy services in outpatient pharmacies under the quality control circle(QCC)activities.Methods The outpatient pharmacy of the hospital from January to June 2019 did not implement the focus cycle management method under QCC activities as before implementation,and the implementation of the focus cycle management method under QCC activities from July 2019 to January 2020 as after implementation.The quality of pharmacy management,the irrational rate of outpatient prescriptions,the inventory of drugs,and the number of shortages before and after was compared.Results After implementation,the pharmacy environmental management,work comfort,drug summary classification,and drug storage method scores were(18.78±2.11)points,(18.87±2.32)points,(19.14±2.33)points,and(19.41±2.09)points,respectively,which were higher than the before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.931,4.572,6.419,7.107,P<0.05);the unqualified rate after implementation was 2.46% significantly lower than 4.91%before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.669,P<0.05);after the implementation,the drug inventory(6.12±1.39)d and the number of drug shortages(9.32±1.31)times were less than before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The focus cycle management method under QCC activities can improve the quality of pharmacy management and reduce the irrational rate of outpatient prescriptions,and it can be popularized and applied in pharmacy management.
