摘　　要：目的讨论6S管理模式在提高手术室护理质量管理中的应用价值。方法于2019年6月—2021年6月运用6S管理模式对手术室环境、耗材、药品、仪器设备等进行标准化、同质化管理。对比管理前后手术室护理质量。结果实施6S管理后,有效改善了手术间、库房杂乱无序的状况,护理质量优于实施前,患者的护理满意度高于实施前,护理不良事件发生率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用6S管理模式,可提高手术室护理工作质量,提高患者满意度,降低护理不良事件发生率,有助于提高手术室护理质量管理。Objective To discuss the application value of 6S management mode in improving the nursing quality management of operating room.Methods From June 2019 to June 2021,the 6S management model was used to conduct standardized and homogeneous management of the operating room environment,consumables,medicines,and equipment.Compared the quality of care in the operating room before and after management.Results After the implementation of 6S management,the disordered conditions in the operating room and warehouse were effectively improved.The quality of care was better than that before implementation.The satisfaction of patients with care was higher than that before implementation.The incidence of adverse nursing events was lower than before implementation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the 6S management model can improve the quality of nursing work in the operating room,improve the overall satisfaction of patients in the operating room,reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events,and help improve the quality of nursing care in the operating room.
