摘　　要：随着科技和信息化技术的不断发展和完善,全国都在积极探索高标准的数字化体系应用于预防接种门诊建设。新型数字化预防接种门诊体系突出以“数字化”为技术核心,在预防接种门诊规范化的各个流程,如手机预约、预约取号、健康筛查、登记、候种、接种、留观等由传统操作模式转变为通过计算机、互联网、多媒体或通信等高效信息处理技术实现,在大大缩短工作时间、提高工作效率的同时,还显著提升了预防接种的准确性。该文根据本地近10年的数字化预防接种门诊建设经验,结合数字预防接种门诊的发展历程和现状,从文献研究、系统建设情况和数字化建设经验等,探讨数字化预防接种门诊的高标准建设经验,为其进一步发展完善提供科学的参考依据。With the continuous development and improvement of technology and information technology,the country is actively exploring the application of high-standard digital systems to the construction of vaccination clinics.The new digital preventive vaccination outpatient clinic system focuses on"digitalization"as its technical core.In the standardized procedures of vaccination clinics,such as mobile phone appointments,appointment numbers,health screening,registration,waiting,vaccination,observation,etc.,the traditional operation mode has been transformed to efficient information processing through computers,the Internet,multimedia or communications.While greatly shortening working hours and improving work efficiency,it also significantly improves the accuracy of vaccination.The article is based on the local experience in the construction of digital vaccination clinics in the past 10 years,combined with the development history and current situation of digital vaccination clinics.From the literature research,system construction situation and digital construction experience,discuss the high-standard construction experience of digital vaccination clinics,and provide scientific reference basis for its further development and improvement.
