摘　　要：医院工会是医院文化建设中重要且关键的部门。随着互联网技术的蓬勃发展,线上工会平台应运而生。北京协和医院工会把握新时期医院文化建设的特点,拓展工作空间,充分发挥桥梁纽带作用,凝聚职工力量,构建起内容丰富,体系完善,影响力强的线上工会文化信息平台,打造线上线下互通联动,资源深度整合的精准管理服务模式。该文旨在探讨互联网线上工会平台助力医院文化建设的意义,总结实践经验,促进工会助力医院文化建设迈向新台阶。Hospital labor union is an important and key department in the construction of hospital culture.With the vigorous development of Internet technology,an online trade union platform came into being.The labor union of Peking Union Medical College Hospital grasps the characteristics of hospital culture construction in the new era,expands the working space,gives full play to the role of bridges and bonds,gathers the strength of employees,and builds an online union cultural information platform with rich content,complete system and strong influence,and builds online and offline precise management service model with intercommunication and linkage and deep integration of resources.This article aims to explore the significance of the Internet online trade union platform to help hospital culture construction,summarize practical experience,and promote trade unions to help hospital culture construction to a new level.
