摘  要:目的研究对分课堂模式下高职临床医学专业内科学课程的教学创新与实践。方法随机选取该校2018级临床医学专业学生120名,分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组在对照组基础上采用对分课堂模式教学,对比两种教学模式下学生的内科学课程理论知识、实习前临床实践技能考核成绩以及学生对教学的满意度评价。结果教学后对比两组学生的理论知识以及临床技能掌握情况,观察组均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组学生的教学满意度评价,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高职临床医学专业内科学课程的教学中采用对分课堂模式,可以有效促进学生的学习能力,帮助学生更好掌握理论知识及临床技能,同时提高学生的满意度,增加学生的学习积极性,具有重要教学价值。Objective To study the teaching innovation and practice of internal medicine courses for clinical medicine in higher vocational colleges under the classroom model.Methods A total of 120 clinical medicine students from the school were randomly selected and assigned to the observation group and the control group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching model,and the observation group adopted the class-based teaching model on the basis of the control group.Compared the theoretical knowledge of internal medicine courses of the students under the two teaching modes,the pre-practice clinical practice skills assessment scores,and the evaluation of students'satisfaction with teaching.Results Compared the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of the two groups of students after teaching,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the evaluation of teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of split-class mode in the teaching of internal medicine courses for clinical medicine in higher vocational colleges can effectively promote students'learning ability and help students better master theoretical knowledge and clinical skills.At the same time,it can improve students'satisfaction and increase their enthusiasm for learning.It has important teaching value.
