乡村振兴战略下返乡青年创业策略探析

摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略稳步推进,广大乡村地区的经济社会发展水平全面迅速提升,从而引发了人口迁移空间格局的重大变化,大量返乡青年创业逐步演变成一种趋势。在阐述返乡青年创业对推动乡村经济发展重要性基础上,深度结合现阶段乡村青年创业存在的问题及面临的困囿,提出精准定位差异化创业、增强创业综合素质能力、组建及打造优秀创业团队三个策略,切实提高乡村青年创业成功率和提升创业质量,从而更充分发挥返乡青年创业推动乡村经济振兴的巨大作用,为加快解决我国“三农”问题作出更大贡献。With the steady progress of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,the economic and social development level of the vast rural areas has improved rapidly,which has led to significant changes in the spatial pattern of population migration.A large number of returned youth entrepreneurship has gradually evolved into a trend.On the basis of expounding the importance of returning youth entrepreneurship in promoting the development of rural economy,combining with the existing problems and difficulties of rural youth entrepreneurship at the present stage,this paper puts forward three strategies:accurately positioning differentiated entrepreneurship,enhancing the comprehensive qual-ity and ability of entrepreneurship,and establishing and building excellent entrepreneurship team,in order to improve the success rate and quality of rural youth entrepreneurship,so as to provide refer-ence for the development of rural economy.We should give full play to the great role of returning youth entrepreneurship in promoting the revitalization of rural economy,and make greater contribu-tions to accelerating the solution of China’s“three rural”problems.
