摘 要:采用预聚体法,以二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-100)为基础体系,合成了软段中PTMG2000和PCL2000比例分别为80/20,60/40,50/50,40/60,20/80的聚氨酯弹性体(CPU)。通过力学性能、耐磨性、耐低温性能测试研究了两种多元醇并用对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。结果表明:软段中PCL含量增加可以显著提高材料的力学性能,而且材料的压缩永久变形率下降,耐磨性变好,但是当软段中PTMG的含量增多时,材料的耐低温性能变好。The polyurethane elastomers(CPU)with the ratios of PTMG2000 and PCL2000 in the soft segment of 80/20,60/40,50/50,40/60,20/80,respectively were synthesized using diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI-100)as the basic system by the prepolymer method.The effect of the combined use of two polyols on the properties of polyurethane elastomers was studied by the mechanical properties,abrasion resistance,and low temperature resistance performance tests.The results showed that with the increase of PCL content in the soft segment the mechanical properties of the material could be significantly improved,and the compression set rate of the material was decreased.The wear resistance bacome better.However,with the increase of PTMG content in the soft segment,the low temperature resistance of the material bacome better.
