摘  要:采用适量的木质纤维、自制的壳聚糖交联改性聚丙烯酸酯作为聚合物填料,二硼化钛/环氧树脂/纳米膨润土复合材料作为杂化填料对砂浆进行改性,通过对砂浆稠度及力学性能测试研究了各组分对砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:在砂浆中加入适量的上述材料可有效改善砂浆的性能。杂化填料、聚合物填料、木质纤维的添加量分别为普通硅酸盐水泥质量的5%,10%,3.5%,木质纤维的长度控制为10 mm时,制得的砂浆性能最佳。The mortar was modified by using appropriate amount of wood fiber,self-made chitosan cross-linked modified polyacrylate as polymer filler and titanium diboride/epoxy resin/nano bentonite composite material as hybrid filler. The influence of each component on the performance of the mortar was investigated by the consistency and mechanical performance tests. The results showed that adding appropriate amount of the above-mentioned materials into the mortar could effectively improve the performance of the mortar. The performance of the prepared mortar was the best when the added amount of hybrid filler,polymer filler,and wood fiber were 5%,10%,3.5% of the mass of ordinary portland cement,respectively,and the length of wood fiber was controlled to 10 mm.
