摘  要:甲基丙烯酸酐(MAA)分别与香草醇和环氧大豆油丙烯酸酯(AESO)反应,合成了一种生物基稀释单体甲基丙烯酸香草醇酯(MVA)和改性树脂(MAESO)。以MVA与MAESO共混制备了生物基树脂(MVA-MAESO)。通过核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱、红外光谱,力学性能和热性能测试以及电镜分析研究了产物的结构及性能。结果表明,MAESO与MVA质量比为2:1的生物基树脂具有粘度低、工艺性好和挥发分少等特点。其耐热性和力学性能均优于未改性的AESO树脂。其玻璃化转变温度由30℃提高到130~145℃,弯曲强度由6 MPa提升至将近40 MPa,弯曲模量提高10倍以上,同时保持了生物基材料优良的可降解性,具有用于生产环保型热固性树脂的潜力。The methacrylic anhydride(MAA)was reacted with vanillyl alcohol and acrylated epoxy soybean oil(AESO)to synthesize a bio-based diluting monomer,methacrylated vanillyl alcohol(MVA)and modified resin(MAESO).The bio-based resin(MVA-MAESO)was prepared by blending MVA and MAESO.The structure and performance of the products were studied by hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum,carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum,infrared spectrum,mechanical and thermal performance testings and electron microscopy analysis.The results showed that the bio-based resin with a mass ratio of MAESO to MVA of 2:1 had the characteristics of low viscosity,good manufacturability and low volatile content.Its heat resistance and mechanical properties were better than unmodified AESO resin.The glass transition temperature was increased from 30℃to 130-145℃.The flexural strength was increased from 6 MPa to nearly 40 MPa,and the flexural modulus was increased by more than 10 times.At the same time,it maintained the excellent degradability of bio-based materials,and it had the potential for producing environmentally friendly thermosetting resins.
