摘　　要：美军信息系统的发展一直处在世界先进水平,经历了单系统、独立系统、集成系统、网络中心化、联合信息环境、数字现代化战略等时期,文中介绍了各发展阶段的特点与功能,针对通信网络,文中对各战术级与战略级通信网络的关键技术、达成能力、建设情况、最新发展等进行了总结梳理。针对运维管控领域,文中对GIG网络运作、JIE管理网络、DoDIN运维的组成、任务、功能和最新发展等进行了分析,并提出了对该领域发展的启示建议。The development of information systems in the U.S. military has always been at the advanced level in the world. It has gone through periods of single system, independent system, integrated system, network centralization, joint information environment, and digital modernization strategy. This paper introduces the characteristics and functions of each stage, and analyzes the enlightenment to China’s military development. As for communication networks, this paper briefly summarizes the key technologies, capabilities, construction situations, and the latest developments of tactical and strategic communication networks. Aiming at the field of operations, this paper briefly introduces the composition, tasks, functions and latest developments of GIG network operation, JIE management network, DoDIN operations.
