摘  要:用丁苯橡胶(SBR)和苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS),采用先乳化后改性的方法制备复合改性沥青乳液。实验可得,乳化剂的最佳掺量为3.0%,SBR的掺量为6.0%,SBS的掺量为6.0%,稳定剂掺量为0.2%,抗老化剂掺量为0.2%。SBS复合改性沥青乳液具有良好的高低温性能,软化点为82℃。延度为65 cm,60℃动力黏度大于20000 Pa·s。采用普通稀浆封层车将复合改性沥青乳液及热拌薄层级配(单粒径3~5 mm玄武岩)在常温下拌和摊铺到原路面上,通过适当碾压快速成型的预防性养护技术(厚度一般为5~9 mm),是一种融合超薄罩面技术与微表处技术的新型公路预养护技术。In this paper,using Styrene_Butadiene Rubber(SBR)and Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene Block Copolymer(SBS)as modifier,first emulsifying and following modification,compound modified asphalt emulsion is prepared.The experimental results show that the optimum content of emulsifier is 3.0%,SBR is 6.0%,SBS is 6.0%,stabilizer is 0.2%and anti-aging agent is 0.2%.SBS compound modified asphalt emulsion has good high-and-low temperature performance,with softening point is 82℃,5℃ ductility is 65 cm,and 60℃ dynamic viscosity is more than 20,000 Pa·s.The preventive maintenance technology,which compound modified asphalt emulsion and hot-mixed thin layer gradation(single size 3~5 mm basalt)are mixed and spread on original road surface at room temperature by ordinary slurry seal car and then rapidly shaped up by proper rolling compaction(the thickness is generally 5~9 mm),is a new type of highway pre-maintenance technology integrating ultra-thin overlay technology and micro-surfacing technology.
