摘　　要：糠醛抽出油因富含芳香烃,可有效改善沥青组分比例。以克拉玛依石化公司生产的改性基质沥青为原料,分别采用五种糠醛抽出油作为相容剂制备SBS改性沥青,根据改性沥青的三大指标和RTFOT后性能,研究了糠醛抽出油的芳香分含量对改性沥青的影响,探讨了其对改性沥青机理的影响。结果表明:糠醛抽出油的加入可以显著改善SBS与沥青的相容性,随着糠醛抽出油中芳香分含量的增加,改性沥青的软化点和黏度逐渐减小,针入度逐渐增加。为使糠醛抽出油对改性沥青的改善达到最优,建议选择芳香分含量在80%~85%之间的糠醛抽出油。Furfural extract oil is rich in aromatic hydrocarbons,which can effectively improve the ratio of asphalt components.Using modified matrix asphalt produced by Karamay Petrochemical Company as raw material,five kinds of furfural extracted oil are used as compatibilizers to prepare SBS modified asphalt.According to the three indexes of modified asphalt and the performance after RTFOT,the effect of furfural extract oil aromatic content on modified asphalt is studied,and its effect on modified asphalt mechanism is discussed.The results show that the addition of furfural extract oil significantly improves the compatibility of SBS and asphalt.As the content of aromatic components in furfural extract oil increasing,the softening point and viscosity of modified asphalt gradually decrease,and penetration degree gradually increases.In order to optimize the improvement of furfural extract oil to modified asphalt,it is recommended to select furfural extract oil with aromatic content between 80% and 85 %.
