摘 要:目的确定某铜铟镓硒(CIGS)薄膜太阳能电池项目可能存在和产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度,评价该项目职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法笔者采用工程分析与风险分析相结合的方法对铜铟镓硒(CIGS)薄膜太阳能电池项目进行综合分析和评价。结果该项目存在和产生的职业病危害因素有:钼及其化合物、铟及其化合物、铜烟、镉及其化合物、氨、硒化氢、硫化氢、乙硼烷、噪声、高温、激光辐射、X射线等,其中钼及其化合物、铟及其化合物、铜烟、镉及其化合物、氨、硒化氢、硫化氢的职业接触限值分别为6、0.1、0.2、0.01、20、0.15、10 mg/m^(3)。结论该项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,拟采取的职业病防护措施基本可行。Objective To identify,analyze and evaluate occupational risk factors possibly in a CuInGaSe2 solar cells construction project.To analyze the risk level,and to evaluate the protective measures and its effects and put forward the key control posts and processes of the occupational hazards in the project.Methods The comprehensive evaluation was proceeded by using combination of engineering and risk analysis.Results In the normal production process the occupational risk factors that might exist in the proposed project included molybdenum and its compounds,indium and its compounds,copper smoke,cadmium and its compounds,ammonia,hydrogen selenide,hydrogen sulfide,diboran,noise,high temperature,laser radiation,X-rays and so on.The occupational exposure limits of molybdenum and its compounds,indium and its compounds,copper smoke,cadmium and its compounds,ammonia,hydrogen selenide and hydrogen sulfide were 6 mg/m^(3),0.1 mg/m^(3),0.2 mg/m^(3),0.01 mg/m^(3),20 mg/m^(3),0.15 mg/m^(3)and 10 mg/m^(3)respectively.Conclusion The project is a serious occupational hazard project.In the normal production operation,the occupational risk factors possibly existed in the proposed project are able to be prevented and controlled,protection from occupational point of view,this project is feasible.
