摘  要:目的通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测发现某20万吨/年高性能混凝土减水剂研发及产业化项目职业病危害因素,有效预防、控制或消除建设项目可能产生的职业病危害,保障劳动者身体健康。方法2018年11月9—14日采用职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、检查表分析法、职业病危害作业分级等方法对高性能混凝土减水剂研发及产业化项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。结果该项目职业病危害因素主要有萘、甲醛、硫酸、氢氧化钠、丙酮、丙烯酸、噪声、粉尘等。在正常生产情况下,主要毒物浓度分别为萘0.005~4 mg/m^(3),甲醛0.06~0.35 mg/m^(3),硫酸0.08~0.94 mg/m^(3),氢氧化钠<0.005 mg/m^(3);噪声强度在73.0~79.8 dB(A)之间;粉尘浓度在0.38~3.30 mg/m^(3)之间。毒物、噪声强度及粉尘浓度检测结果均符合国家卫生标准限值要求。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病防护措施及防护效果达到国家标准要求。Objective To find out the occupational disease hazard factors of a 200000 t/year high performance concrete water reducer research and development and industrialization project through the field investigation of occupational health and the de⁃tection of occupational disease hazard factors,to effectively prevent,control or eliminate the occupational disease hazards that may occur in the construction project,and to ensure the health of the workers.Methods From November 9 to 14,2018,occupa⁃tional health field investigation,occupational health test,examination table analysis and occupational disease hazard classification were used to evaluate the results.Results The main hazard factors of occupational diseases were naphthalene,formaldehyde,sulfuricacid,sodium hydroxide acetone,acrylic acid,noise,dust and so on.Under normal production conditions,the main toxicant concentrations were naphthalene:0.005-4 mg/m^(3),formaldehyde:0.06-0.35 mg/m^(3),sulfuricacid:0.08-0.94 mg/m^(3),and sodium hydroxide was less than 0.005 mg/m^(3).The noise intensity was between 73 and 79.8 dB(A).The dust concentration was between 0.38 and 3.3 mg/m^(3).The test results of poison,dust concentration and noise intensity of the project all meet the requirements of the national health standard limit value.Conclusion With serious occupational disease hazards,and the protective measures and protective effects of occupational diseases meet the requirements of the national standard.
