摘　　要：随着人民生活水平的不断提高,现代人的饮食观念逐渐向健康、营养、环保靠拢,老百姓对厨房电器的要求正在逐步从"使用"向"享用"发展,具有环保节能、健康安全特色的电磁加热型陶瓷器皿逐步成为目前厨房器具领域的热点。通过玻璃陶瓷复合浆料包覆430不锈钢电磁发热体以及对石膏成型模具的改进,利用滚压成型制备方法,制备了内嵌表面包覆一层抗高温氧化层的430不锈钢电磁发热体的陶瓷胆坯体,在1 300℃烧结制备出导磁性能、导热性能、抗氧化性能优越且成本较低的电磁加热复合陶瓷煲。通过陶瓷煲底部槽体与包覆一层抗高温氧化层的430不锈钢电磁发热体尺寸的间隙设计,解决了电磁加热复合陶瓷煲因金属导磁加热层与陶瓷基体之间热膨胀系数不匹配而引起锅体胀裂、炸锅等问题。与市场上的陶瓷电炖盅进行了应用对比,试验结果表明:电磁加热复合陶瓷煲40 min能把500 mL的水加热到100℃,相同条件下其加热效率是普通陶瓷电炖盅的2.5倍。With the improvement of people’s living standard,the requirements to kitchen appliances become higher and higher.Induction Heating(IH) ceramic ware with environmental protection,energy saving,health and safety characteristics has gradually become hot points in cooking appliances field.Induction Heating(IH) ceramic ware with environmental protection,energy saving,health and safety characteristics has gradually become hot points in cooking appliances field.A glass-ceramic composite slurry was used to improve the high temperature oxidation resistance and thermal matching of the SUS430 stainless steel plate.Based on the improved plaster mold and roll-forming process for ceramic pot,a new kind of efficient process for making ceramic pot for IH with embedded SUS430 stainless steel plate at 1 300℃ was proposed,which had excellent magnetic conductivity,thermal conductivity,oxidation resistance.Through the gap between SUS430 stainless steel plate and the bottom groove of the ceramic pot,the fracturingproblem due to the thermal expansionmismatching between steel and ceramic was resolved successfully.The experimental results show that the composite ceramic pot for induction heating could heat 500 mL water to be boiled in 40 minutes,the heating efficiency is 2.5 times that of commercial electrical resistance heating ceramic cooker under the same power condition.
