摘  要:针对超级电容有轨电车车辆顶部空间有限、无法进行直接冗余配置辅助逆变器来保证牵引散热风机冗余供电的问题,提出了一种通过复用客室空调风机逆变器在应急情况下为牵引风机供电的方法。分析了传统车辆辅助系统空间布置存在的问题,对方案进行了优化,在不额外增加辅助逆变器的前提下,能够实现牵引风机冗余供电,提升车辆运行可用性。分析了司机在切换操作的可操作性。并对空调进行了实际改造,在新风腔里增加一个接触器电控盒,实现对牵引风机的辅助供电。实际应用结果表明,该方案安全可靠,系统性能更优,切换操作流程简单,新增器件少且占用空间小。Aiming at the problem that the overhead space of super capacitor tram vehicle is limited and it is impossible to directly redundant configure auxiliary inverter to ensure the redundant power supply of traction cooling fan,a method of reusing the inverter of air conditioning fan in passenger compartment to supply power to traction fan in emergency was proposed.The problems existing in the spatial layout of the traditional vehicle auxiliary system were analyzed,and the scheme was optimized.On the premise of no additional auxiliary inverter,the redundant power supply of the traction fan could be realized and the vehicle operation availability could be improved.The operability of the driver in switching operation was analyzed.A contactor electric control box was added in the fresh air chamber to realize the auxiliary power supply to the traction fan.The practical application results show that the scheme is safe and reliable,the system performance is better,the switching operation process is simple,the new devices are few and the occupied space is small.
