摘　　要：针对某电厂设备资产管理的核心EAM系统-Q4系统的使用情况,分析了当前电厂使用该系统遇到的一些问题,并据此设计了一套适合该电厂当前工作要求的EAM系统升级方案并成功实施。系统升级设计中提出了基于设备云全时服务实现设备全生命周期智能管控思想,将物联网、移动App等技术与设备管理全生命周期闭环管理的融合,实现对设备整个生命周期的不限时空管理。用于集成设备管理人、财、物、图纸知识库等资源,减少平均维修时间,提高首次修复率,提高维修人员效率。系统实施后,彻底解决了原系统存在的技术架构老化、不支持当前操作系统、客户端安装困难、数据导入受限、无通用可视化工作流显示图以及不能自动生成待办工作等问题。同时实现了对原Q4系统数据的完整迁移,确保了不损失数据;尽量保证了用户使用原Q4系统的习性,确保用户习性平滑迁移;增强了设备管理、物资管理、安全管理的关联性,达到了提升设备一体化管理水平的目标。Aiming at the application of Q4 system,the core EAM system of equipment asset management in a power plant,some problems encountered in the current power plant using the system were analyzed,and a set of EAM system upgrade scheme suitable for the current working requirements of the power plant was designed,which has been successfully implemented.In the system upgrade design,the idea of realizing intelligent management and control of equipment life cycle based on equipment cloud full-time service was proposed,and the integration of Internet of Things,mobile App and other technologies with closed-loop management of equipment management life cycle were realized to realize unlimited space-time management of equipment life cycle.It was used to integrate equipment manager,finance,material,drawing knowledge base and other resources,reduce the average maintenance time,improve the first repair rate and improve the efficiency of maintenance personnel.After the implementation of the system,the problems existing in the original system,such as aging technical architecture,not supporting the current operating system,difficult client installation,limited data import,no general visual workflow display diagram,and unable to automatically generate to-do work,are completely solved.At the same time,the complete migration of the original Q4 system data is realized to ensure no loss of data.The habit of users using the original Q4 system and the smooth migration of user habits are ensured,which enhances the relevance of equipment management,material management and safety management,and achieves the goal of improving the level of integrated equipment management.
